Good afternoon supporters! I told you where I would be today,

Wednesday, November 4, 2015, I am at work. I want to say

"THANK YOU MAPLE HEIGHTS"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You showed all

watchers what we do in our City; show up and show out, when

we believe and are "Expecting Something Different" We are not

like any other city nor are we destined to be; we are charting our own course and stepping up to change the forecast about what our City will become. Already, the public relations is different, right?? Last thing for now, I opened my e-mail to 2,935 messages from you all; yes, I know that my voice mail is full, you all keep filling it up. I have over 70 unread FB messages now, but I started with over 109 at 6 am, that is after I cleared them all at 2:00 am. My husband just called to say that the Cuyahoga County Democratic Women's Caucus just had flowers delivered to our home. This is a political organization that lifts women up and I was honored to have garnered their endorsement for my candidacy. I won't stop communicating with you all now via FB like I had been doing, but I cannot respond to you all right now. I am keeping up as much as I can, but the work I left behind here at the office, while I campaigned and met so many of you was still waiting for me when I got back today. So I must go for now, but know this MAPLE HEIGHTS is a special place with special people in it, this I know because I just spent the last 12 months getting to know you all and counting on you to come out to support my candidacy on Tuesday, November 3rd, and well you all know how that ended - check the results!
